About the Role
We are looking for an IT Field Coordinator to join our information technology solutions team. You will serve as the face of the company, travel to plant and job trailer locations for installations, maintenance, or repairs of servers and networks. This will include working with computers, email, printers, camera equipment. For locations who have connectivity or hardware issues, you will troubleshoot via online chat, phone, or in-person to fix the problem. Our preferred candidate should have at least 3 years of technical experience and a customer-oriented mindset.
Requirements
The qualifications that you need to start a career as a Pittman IT field technician include IT-related training and education. Pittman will provide training in the repair and deployment of their specific products, but they usually expect new coordinator to have general knowledge of IT or telecommunications maintenance and repair. You may earn this experience through a vocational certificate program, an associate or bachelor’s degree program, or through an apprenticeship or military experience. This job also has physical requirements such as being able to climb a ladder and work at height.
